Steven J. Bender
President and CEO, 2019
Through Mr. Bender's leadership, Fire Tech Support strives to be the number one choice in the Life Safety industry.
Steven has worked in the alarm field for over 25 years and among his numerous qualifications some include an AAS in Fire Science, Nicet Level IV certification in Fire Alarm Systems, NFPA Certified Fire Protection Specialist and NFPA Fire Inspector. He also possesses numerous manufacturer certifications including Notifier, FCI, Silent Knight and a strong knowledge of Edwards.
Stevens portfolio consists of high-end manufacturing campus networks, numerous health care, education and high rise facility implementations across the United States.
Tom Darling
Support Specialist, 2019
Mr. Darling has an extensive background in electronic systems and large system startup.
Tom has led many large projects from design to completion. His field experience allows Fire Tech Support to leverage projects through value engineering, providing the end user more value for their dollar. He is well versed in available technology and implements the most current processes in the project tasks.
Tom also is a retired Air Force veteran where he held the position of Base Fire Chief. This leadership experience plays an important role in today's market seeing projects through to completion with the workforce.
